(Capsicum bacattum)-The Brazilian Starfish Orange pepper also called Orange Starfish pepper is a star shaped or saucer shaped mild chile from Brazil. It is the Orange variant of the Brazilian Starfish which is red in color. Some say it tastes like a fruit punch! The Starfish Orange peppers are about 2 inches in diameter and a half inch thick. They are very productive and great for salads, sauces, fresh salsa and pickling.
