The Golden Marconi pepper is a very tasty pepper that can be fried or used fresh in salads. So sweet you will think you are eating candy. Fruits taper to a point and get about 7 inches long. Like other sweet peppers you can find vendors in Italy deep frying these and lightly salting them like potato chips! The Golden Marconi chile plants can grow up to three feet tall and are very productive.
