Fiery Naga Vipers are fermented. Our rainbow coloured heirloom sweet pepper mix is roasted to bring out even more sweetness. Our yellow and red onions are also roasted along with our garlic. You’ll also find tomatoes which are a combination of our mixed roma and san Marzano tomatoes all vine-ripened of course! Our poblano peppers are left to ripen to red and dry to a gorgeous deep wine colour with amazing bitter and fruity notes! The morita peppers are jalapenos left to ripen to red then lightly smoked and dried.
Try it on everything! We like it on eggs, meats, sweet potatoes and curries.
