Farmer’s Field Blend seasoning salt is a mix of all kinds of milder and bits of hotter chiles mixed with dried farm herbs from the past year. This batch is mild with bold notes of leek. A goes on everything spice that you know is full of all kinds of goodies mostly all grown here on the farm!
These spices do need loosening up every once in a while. Just give it a good shake or loosen up with a knife.
Ingredients:
Pasilla Mixe,Smoked Joes Long Cayenne,
Smoked Kalugueritsa, Hawk’s Claw, Balik, Chimayo
Kashmiri Mirch,Espelette, Hong Gochu, Lady Han and Facing Heaven. Also from the farm was a ton of dried leeks, onions, garlic, parsley, oregano, mint and rosemary. Added some organic thyme, basil, pepper, celery seed and coriander. A teeny bit of maple sugar that my dad brings down from Québec and some grey salt.
